• Provide support directly to clients and internal help channels. • Monitor and manage delivery of tax services. • Connect with clients via phone, email, and platform for service delivery. • Help maintain quality of data environment for better decision-making. • Participate in ideation and improvement processes for client services.

Requirements

• Must be enrolled in a current co-op program with your school. • Enjoy driving business success through growth, innovation, and ambiguity. • High sense of ownership about work and high performance standards. • Consistently looking to improve and are not satisfied with mediocrity. • Enjoy connecting with clients and improving their experience. • Self-starter comfortable taking action where there isn’t clarity. • Open to voicing opinions and welcoming feedback from others. • Work well with others in a flexible work environment. • Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally to enhance client experience. • Strive to be proactive and engage in problem solving.
