Description
• Weekly outpatient therapy isn’t always enough, and a trip to the ER isn’t the only answer. • As a Primary Therapist, you’ll work thoughtfully with our patients to develop and implement their individualized treatment plans. • This role will consist of conducting individual therapy meetings, collaborating with patients’ outpatient teams, and leading patients through their overall treatment program. • You’ll partner closely with the entirety of our treatment teams, including Group Therapists, Family Therapists, and Prescribers to ensure comprehensive and compassionate care. • Compass is proud to be a trailblazer within the future of behavioral health, offering fully virtual PHP/IOP programs to patients across the entire state of Illinois. • Candidates who reside in the Chicago-land area are preferred.
Requirements
• Are a Psychologist or Master’s level therapist with clinical experience conducting intakes, individual therapy, and group therapy • Hold one of the following licenses: PhD, PsyD, LCSW, or LCPC • Have knowledge and experience of group dynamics utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), as well as other evidenced-based therapies • Have experience with patients in crisis • Have prior experience working in partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, inpatient hospital, or residential setting
