Description
• Own the Competera’s ML Strategy ensuring alignment with Technology, Company, and Product Strategies • Collaborate with stakeholders and top management through regular stand-ups, on-demand meetings, and strategic sessions • Participate in regular company meetings as a speaker • Communication with customers and their DS/ML teams • Decide whether DS/ML/DA expertise is needed in the teams and be responsible for hirings • Mentorship and management of Senior and Lead DS and ML engineers
Requirements
• Experience in a similar position in the company that moved through the scale-up stage • Ability to make tough decisions • Leadership and mentorship • Optimization of organizational structure • Experience in the Retail industry • Worked on tabular and/or Time Series problems • Knowledge of the current state of MLOps. Applied the MLOps principles on their work • Experience with Python stack for ML
