Description

• Evaluate client needs strategically, conduct research across various industries, and devise strategies to achieve client success • Foster and enhance existing client relationships, ensure retention, and identify avenues for expansion • Analyze metrics and offer client recommendations based on insights • Create, execute, and oversee strategic marketing plans encompassing brand development, web initiatives, and digital endeavors • Communicate with clients and internal teams on matters including brand strategy, SEO, lead generation, thought leadership, analytics, etc. • Execute projects successfully, adhering to project management best practices to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery • Cultivate positive internal relationships while managing all aspects of projects • Establish rapport with clients through excellent written and verbal communication • Embrace evolving trends in branding, marketing, design, and technology

Requirements

• 3+ years of related experience, preferably with an agency • Strong organizational and time management skills • Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills • Know when collaboration is necessary and when to work independently • Love taking initiative and solution-oriented • Adaptable and versatile with the hands-on nature of working at a startup • Even-tempered disposition and don't buckle under pressure • Obsessive attention to detail • Proficient in Google Suite, Ahrefs, and CRM software • Google Analytics certification is a plus
