Description

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. • Partner with clients and our SEO team to create and execute data-driven marketing strategies. • Lead, mentor, and develop the Client Services team. • Manage the execution of SEO and content marketing campaigns for our clients. • Set and manage team quotas, track key performance metrics, and report regularly to the executive team. • Collaborate with Sales and Delivery teams to refine service offerings.

Requirements

• 7+ years in client services or account management within a creative or marketing agency, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. • Proven track record in managing client relationships and driving business growth. • Ability to think strategically and also get hands-on with account details when necessary. • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. • Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex ideas and influencing key stakeholders. • Deep curiosity and passion for content marketing and SEO, with a commitment to staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
