Description

• Create user-friendly onboarding materials, including SOPs and step-by-step guides. • Develop clear and concise SOPs and user guides for small and medium-sized businesses. • Collaborate with product managers located in Eastern Europe during CET hours. • Craft deliverables including PDF guides, video tutorials, and supplementary onboarding assets. • Write comprehensive SOPs for integrations with HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, and other CRM tools. • Break down complex technical information into easy-to-understand guides. • Work with product managers and subject matter experts to gather necessary information. • Ensure all materials are consistent with brand guidelines and accessible to non-technical users.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical writing, particularly for cloud communication platforms or CRM tools. • Knowledge of HubSpot, Salesforce, and Zoho integrations. • Experience writing for companies like Twilio, MessageBird, or Infobip is highly preferred. • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Previous experience in SaaS or cloud communication industries is preferred. • Familiarity with creating both written and video-based tutorials is preferred. • Experience working with geographically distributed teams is preferred.
