Description

• We are looking for an experienced technical writer with a deep understanding of SEO best practices. • The writer will generate insightful articles that attract traffic and convert readers. • Create high-quality, SEO-driven content that aligns with their AI and business messaging focus areas. • Conduct topic research and keyword analysis. • Produce high-quality content with compelling storytelling, depth, images, and tables. • Develop comprehensive content briefs. Write, revise, and optimize technical content. • Collaborate on strategy and integrate feedback to refine deliverables. • Create high-value, long-form content exceeding 1,500 words when required. • Align content with SendBird’s technical and marketing objectives to drive traffic and engagement. • Write with results in mind, considering the competition and SEO to rank well.

Requirements

• Proven experience writing technical content and/or for SaaS companies. • Strong SEO knowledge, including keyword research and on-page optimization. • Ability to deliver well-structured, high-quality content with minimal supervision. • Familiarity with industry tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, and content management platforms. • Familiarity with CPaaS, digital communication, and the latest trends in AI: AI agents, agentic AI, AI chatbots, and API topics are highly preferred. • The usage of generative AI in writing content is not permitted in this role.
