Description

• We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Corporate Accounting Lead to join our growing finance team. • This is a hands-on role reporting into the Head of Finance where you will take ownership of critical accounting processes, help build scalable systems, and support our transition to a new ERP system. • Candidates with a CPA designation and Big 4 public accounting experience will thrive in this position. • As we grow, you’ll have the opportunity to wear multiple hats and contribute to the development of best-in-class financial operations for a tech-enabled wealth management platform. • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations and technology, to support company goals.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in public accounting (Big 4 preferred) and industry experience in a tech or financial services environment. • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA designation strongly preferred. • Hands-on experience with ERP systems; prior experience with ERP transitions is highly desirable. • Proficiency in US GAAP, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar). • Self-starter with a proactive, solutions-oriented attitude. Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.
