Description

• Join Computercraft as a Product Manager to develop digital products for NIH. • Work with decision-makers, users, and cross-functional teams to create technology products. • Identify user personas, define needs, and collaborate with technical teams to develop solutions.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a product manager in an agile environment, bringing public-facing web, data, and cloud products to market • Demonstrated, hands-on experience delivering real products and features as part of or leading one or more Scrum teams, either as product manager, product owner or Scrum master • Experience as a coach or evangelist for agile transformation • Experience working on large and cross-functional projects in a complex, policy-driven environment • Experience gathering data through user research (establishing KPIs, using Google Analytics, performing usability testing), analyzing data, and applying findings in decision making • Excellent project management, communications, and consensus-building skills • Ability to balance multiple goals and deadlines under resource constraints • Ability to incorporate and diplomatically resolve conflicting directions from multiple management, user, and technical stakeholders • Knowledge of the technical software development process and tools, including Jira and GitHub • Ability to serve as a “technical translator” for how complex projects translate to business and user value • Experience engaging closely with engineering teams to help determine the best technical implementation methods to achieve customer and business objectives • The technical depth to communicate with, understand, and earn the respect of world-class engineers and data scientists
