• Define and execute a strategic organic search roadmap for Agara’s AI products. • Work with the marketing team to drive the quarterly strategy, keyword research processes and opportunity analyses. • Successfully drive complex issues through analysis and resolution. • Partner with content, product, marketing, international and technical teams to track and report on SEO efforts. • Continuously identify new SEO growth opportunities by analyzing existing content architecture, keyword constructs, audits and data/traffic analysis. • Develop, socialize and champion an SEO content strategy among various cross-functional partners backed by data and forecasts. • Have a clear point of view and be able to present convincingly to executives, partners, and users/customers. • Educate product, design and development teams and partners on current industry trends and content methodologies. • Provide periodic and regular updates to team members on project status, timelines, and results. • Partner with studio, content, and product to implement SEO standards during site redesigns, new product rollouts, enhancements and new site features. • Keep up with industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, competitive landscape.
• 4-6 years of SEO experience; minimum 3 years leading an SEO program. • Experience with keyword search, ranking and analytical abilities to test hypotheses for content effectiveness and make adjustments to achieve business outcomes. • Familiarity with popular SEO industry tools and resources including Google Search Console, Ahrefs to glean valuable insights and findings from data. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, lead through ambiguity and adapt to an always evolving search industry.
