• Design and own the entire recruiting life-cycle, including job description generation, sourcing, interview process design, extending offers, and closing candidates. • Building a ta-driven recruiting engine that helps in reducing overall TAT for hiring and bring value to stakeholders. • Collaborating with the stakeholders across the business units and prioritize the requirements. • Driving Market Intelligence, Talent mapping, Talent Branding. • Driving positive candidate experience and engagement metrics. • Recurring sync-up with the stakeholders to make them aware of the latest status & updates.
• 8+ years of experience in building high-performance teams for Tech & product for Ecommerce/Tech Startups / Product organizations. • Expertise in leveraging Social media to hire across engineering, product, and design roles. • Strong problem-solving skills, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Prior experience in driving TA programs such as Hackathons and Tech talks. • Start-up hiring experience is preferred.
