Description

• Manage and resolve support tickets related to SAP QTC. • Provide timely troubleshooting and solutions for system issues. • Work closely with the IT and business teams to address and resolve system-related issues. • Implement and manage system enhancements and optimizations. • Identify opportunities for improving SAP QTC system processes. • Conduct thorough analysis and provide recommendations for enhancement requests. • Document solutions, processes, and system enhancements comprehensively. • Provide training and support to end-users. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date procedural documentation. • Participate in SAP QTC implementation projects. • Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth transitions from project to operational status. • Support testing and integration activities for new implementations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP QTC support and enhancement roles. • Proven track record in managing support tickets and system enhancements within SAP QTC. • Experience with SAP upgrades and new module implementations is highly desirable. • Proficiency in SAP QTC (Quote to Cash) modules. • Strong knowledge of SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) and SAP CRM (Customer Relationship Management) modules. • Experience with SAP transport management and change control. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. • Ability to work effectively within a team setting. • High attention to detail and organizational skills. • If US based, Portuguese is nice to have. • If Brazil based, English is nice to have.
