Description

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. • This role will involve leading the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-level telecommunications solutions, ensuring alignment with the strategic goals and Northstar initiatives. • Design and develop comprehensive enterprise architecture solutions for telecom systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security. • Drive the execution of Northstar, transformational initiatives, aligning technology solutions with business objectives and future-state visions. • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices. • Work closely with business leaders, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions, HLD documents. • Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance the telecom infrastructure and support strategic goals. • Oversee the design and implementation of end-to-end telecom solutions, ensuring they meet performance, security, and compliance requirements. • Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization within the telecom infrastructure.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology. • Experience in Telecom, Retail, Cable, Banking. • Looking for proven enterprise Northstar, Transformational Work, A large conversions project, migration, etc. • Work that is Enterprise in scale that touched multiple domains (compliance, security, care, billing, the CRM, Frontend, etc.) • Experience with Biz Design (this is used for documentation) • Sequence Diagrams • 10+ years of experience as an architect • Proven experience with Northstar initiatives and a strong understanding of their impact on enterprise architecture. • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks • Excellent problem-solving skills • Excellent communication skills
