• Maintain effective relationships with social and professional networks to source qualified candidates. • Manage the full cycle recruitment process- Pre-screen candidates, review resumes and qualifications, schedule and coordinate interviews, and inform candidates about the job and company. • Conduct pre-employment testing, background checks, and reference verifications. • Collaborate with hiring managers to build strong credible relationships, discuss recruitment needs and determine appropriate recruitment strategies • Maintain recruitment administration and systems ( Workday) in a timely manner including the appropriate correspondence to all applicants • Utilize various sourcing methods, including advertising, recruiters, job sites, and career fairs, to identify potential candidates. • Ensure a positive candidate experience is achieved for all applicants • Create and report on key hiring metric
• Fluent level of English language– both written and spoken • Previous experience as a recruiter / recruitment coordinator • Experience working in a customer service, sales or outsourcing environment would be considered an advantage • Proactive and being able to work in a team • Strong relationship builder • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently • Self-directed, detail-oriented, problem solver with a desire to contribute to the organization's reputation and success
