📋 Description

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Business Process Engineer to optimize and enhance our core business processes. • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations across lead generation, customer relationship management (CRM), onboarding, subscription management, billing, and data analytics. • Your primary responsibility will be to evaluate, redesign, and implement efficient workflows that align with business objectives while leveraging CRM tools like Pipedrive, Hubspot, salesforce or billing solutions like billwerk, and analytic solutions like Matomo. • Collaborate with the billing team to refine workflows in billwerk, ensuring efficient invoice generation, payment processing, and reconciliation. • Utilize Matomo to design and implement dashboards and reports for key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, customer engagement, and billing.

🎯 Requirements

• Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Process Management, or a related field. • Proven experience in process optimization and business process engineering. • Proficiency with tools such as Pipedrive, billwerk, and Matomo (or similar platforms). • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making. • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Preferred: Experience in SaaS or subscription-based business models. • Familiarity with API integrations and automation tools. • Knowledge of process governance frameworks and compliance standards. • Certifications in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
