Description

• Architect, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security. • Design, develop, and manage infrastructure using Terraform to automate the provisioning and management of cloud resources in AWS. • Lead incident response efforts, including root cause analysis and post-mortem reviews, to ensure system reliability and operational excellence. • Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems using Datadog to ensure service reliability and performance. • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab to streamline the development and deployment processes, ensuring code quality and quick delivery. • Design and manage containerized environments using Docker, including the orchestration and scaling of these containers in production. • Work closely with development teams to understand their needs, provide guidance, and implement best practices in DevOps and SRE. • Implement security best practices across infrastructure and CI/CD processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7+ years in a DevOps, SRE, or cloud engineering role, with a strong background in AWS, Terraform, Docker, GitLab, and Datadog. • In-depth knowledge of AWS services (ECS, RDS, Lambda, etc.), infrastructure as code (Terraform), containerization (Docker), and CI/CD tools (GitLab). • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment. • A deep understanding of automation principles and a strong desire to automate processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual work. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a diverse audience. • A team player who can work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other stakeholders. • Experience leading projects or initiatives within a team.
