📋 Description

• Conduit is seeking a Product Designer to join our growing team. • You'll work across multiple product lines, collaborating closely with engineering and product leadership to deliver high-quality, user-centered, data-informed solutions. • Own the end-to-end product design process on high priority projects, from research and gathering product requirements to creating visual specifications and overseeing implementation. • Contribute to multiple product areas – deployment, monitoring and observability, configuration and customization, billing, and more – within the Conduit web app. • Conduct research to identify user needs, pain points, and business opportunities. • Translate data into actionable product improvements. • Propose new features and product lines based on identified gaps and opportunities. • Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure product requirements are properly scoped and design specifications are accurately implemented.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, with a focus on B2B and/or SaaS. • Demonstrated experience owning the product design process end-to-end. • Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality product design that moves the needle. • Proven ability to independently drive projects, even in the absence of a PM. • Solid understanding of UX research methodologies and ability to conduct research. • Excellent user experience and interaction design skills. • Strong UI design skills and attention to detail. • Self-starter with a proactive approach and ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment. • Passion for building great products. • Comfortable communicating directly with customers. • Good business sense and an understanding of how design contributes to business goals.
