📋 Description
• As a Senior Protocol Engineer at Conduit.xyz, you will be a key contributor to our backend team, focusing on the design, development, and deployment of protocol-level enhancements. • Lead the design and implementation of protocol enhancements, focusing on areas such as sequencer hardening, fee disbursement, and state validation. • Develop solutions that enable seamless interoperability between multiple blockchain networks. • Conduct security screenings of smart contracts and identify potential vulnerabilities. • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in blockchain protocols and rollups.
🎯 Requirements
• Strong proficiency in GoLang and/or Rust • Extensive experience in backend software engineering, with a strong focus on blockchain protocols and rollups. • Proven track record of shipping protocol-related projects, ideally involving cross-chain functionality. • Solid understanding of Solidity and smart contract development. • Deep understanding of on-chain and off-chain infrastructure. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate high-level concepts into practical solutions. • Experience working with multiple Layer 1 and Layer 2 blockchain networks. • Crypto Native with a deep understanding of the space. • Mechanism design understanding.
