📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • The Senior Data Scientist leads complex data science projects, develops advanced analytics solutions, and drives innovation within the organization. • They mentor junior team members, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and play a pivotal role in shaping the company's data strategy. • Leveraging their expertise, they solve challenging business problems, develop cutting-edge machine learning models, and communicate insights to senior stakeholders. • Lead and manage complex data science projects from conception to implementation. • Develop and implement sophisticated machine learning models and algorithms to address critical business challenges. • Design and oversee scalable data pipelines and ETL processes. • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify strategic opportunities for data-driven improvements. • Mentor and guide junior data scientists and analysts, fostering professional growth. • Establish best practices and standards for data science methodologies within the team. • Conduct advanced statistical analyses and develop innovative approaches for extracting insights from complex datasets. • Lead the evaluation and adoption of new technologies and techniques in data science and machine learning. • Present complex findings and actionable recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders.

• Master’s degree • Specialized Knowledge (Advanced) • Machine Learning • Deep Learning • Causal Inference • Big Data technologies • Upper Intermediate English proficiency • Technical Skills: Python (Expert) • SQL (Expert) • Cloud platforms (Snowflake, AWS/Azure/GCP - Advanced) • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms, Teams) • Experience 5+ years in data science or related fields • 3+ years in a senior role • Service-oriented, strategic thinker, problem solver, organized, proficient in time-series analysis skills
