Description

• Over the past several years we have undergone a great deal of positive change and growth to become the company we are today. • Our global footprint now spans multiple countries, giving our employees the opportunity to get exposure to other countries and cultures. • We are seeking a senior sales leader to join our team to manage our Continental European Analytics sales team. • Primarily focused on products serving the middle and front office, we need an experienced team manager to lead a team of sales directors. • Covering French speaking Europe, DACH, the Iberian Peninsula and the Middle East, this is a key role ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our existing clients and driving new business activity.

Requirements

• Manage a team of 5 sales directors and a Business Development Representative (BDR) ensuring they perform to the maximum of their abilities. • Work with a team of pre-sales specialists in your region to assist with sales activities. • Drive new business outreach with your team and the BDR. • Liaise with product and marketing as needed to drive territory specific outreach content. • Work with your team to ensure retention of a significant number of accounts • Act a senior leadership contact point for your clients and prospective clients. Be a point of escalation. • Manage and forecast new bookings and attrition, working with the Head of Sales for EMEA and APAC as part of this. • Attend relevant industry events and ensure an ROI on these.
