Description

• Remote • Over the past several years, Confluence has undergone a great deal of positive change and growth. • Our global footprint spans multiple countries, providing employees opportunities to get exposure to other cultures. • Working closely with the Confluence Analytics Product Managers & Product Owners, this role will be fundamental in Agile delivery of performance and attribution analytics. • Multi-asset class calculation and analysis of performance, contribution and attribution with advanced data controls, flexible benchmark and classifications management and reporting. • Total and security level transaction-based performance, including true time-weighted, modified Dietz, IRR, private asset ratios, etc. • Macro attribution and factor-based attribution.

Requirements

• Relevant performance and attribution analytics background with real world experience. • Hands on expertise with Confluence Revolution suite or similar products is a strong bonus. • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Agile product ownership or performance professional services/analysis role. • Strong understanding of end-to-end processes with ability to multi-task. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English; another European language is a plus. • May have worked as a ‘Product Manager', or 'Product Specialist’
