Description

• The Strategic Sales Associate is a dynamic and prospecting-oriented professional responsible for driving new business growth and expanding the company's customer base. • The focus will be on generating opportunities in low revenue accounts (30%) and winning net new logos (70%) through a variety of channels including cold calling, networking, referrals, online research and industry events. • You will over-achieve on sales targets and build strong relationships with clients to foster long term partnerships. • This is a great opportunity to fast track your career towards an AE or Key account manager role.

Requirements

• Proven track record in prospecting and closing: At least 1 year of experience in a SaaS closing role with at least 2 quarters at 100% of target. • Experienced in meeting and exceeding prospecting targets and skillfully negotiating terms and conditions, pricing and contractual agreements to secure deals. • Hunter Mentality: Possess a proactive and tenacious mindset, driven to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. • Excellent Communication and presentation Skills: Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts concisely. • Customer-centric approach: Deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to build strong, trusting relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders. • Adaptability, willingness to learn, and coachability: Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing sales environment, open minded to management coaching and willingness to go the extra mile in learning fast and understanding market trends and customer requirements. • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
