• Our Company: Congo Brands is at the epicenter of where consumer demand meets product development. • E-commerce becomes the laboratory for consumer feedback and serves as a data pool for future retail endeavors. • The Role: As the E-commerce Director for Brick & Click and Delivery Platforms, you will be at the forefront of driving our e-commerce strategy. • You will help build and lead a team of e-commerce account managers to deliver best-in-class execution.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred. • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in e-commerce, with a strong background in retailer dotcom and delivery platforms. • Proven track record of developing and executing successful e-commerce strategies. • Experience managing teams and driving performance in a fast-paced environment. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. • Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape. • Data-driven with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate insights into action. • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
