Description
• Manage multiple clients in a fast-paced environment • Use online payroll software and apps • Answer client inquiries related to payroll • Process end-to-end payroll for multiple clients • Handle T4 process and ROE forms
Requirements
• PCP certified • At least three years of payroll experience in a fast-paced environment • Intimate understanding of the Canadian payroll process • Experience processing payroll in multiple provinces • Excellent communication skills • Hyper-organized • Social, presentable, and well-spoken • Independent, highly motivated, and a self-starter • Strong work ethic • Love for technology and the ability to learn new software/apps quickly • Strong internet connection - at least 6MBPS upload and 6MBPS download speeds • Knowledge of Wagepoint Payroll Software, Xero Accounting Software, Receipt Bank, and Hubdoc is an asset
