Description

• About Connected Cannabis Co.: Leading vertically integrated cannabis company based in Sacramento. • Seeking a Sr Cultivation Analyst for data management in cultivation operations. • Role involves analytics, planning, and reporting efforts in a fast-paced environment. • Key projects include cultivation-based compliance, data warehousing, and ERP implementation. • Drive improvements and recommendations to optimize cultivation metrics and productivity performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, Business or a related quantitative field required OR equivalent experience. • Experience in manufacturing or CPG is highly preferred. • Cannabis experience a plus • Excellent computer and mathematics skills, as well as data analysis; strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets required and strong experience working with large-scale datasets and multiple tasks or projects simultaneously • Strong knowledge of BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc), relational databases, SQL, google sheets/Excel, and ERP systems • Previous experience or education in indoor/outdoor agriculture or manufacturing operations preferred. • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task with excellent organization skills. • Experienced relationship with internal team and external partners. • Comfort with a fast-paced environment and changing requirements. • Comfortable learning new technologies. • Aptitude for problem solving and troubleshooting and ability to recommend to management well thought out recommendations. • Excellent attention to detail, and exceptional verbal and written communication skills, • Ability to work independently with little supervision and remain calm under pressure • Strongly committed to providing high quality products to clients including the packing and presentation of the products. • Safety and compliance focused. • High school degree or equivalent required. • Must be 21+ years of age.
