• Project Manager responsible for managing and facilitating operational and technical projects. • Develop and maintain project plans, coordinate resources and track budgets. • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery. • Analyze project data, monitor health of projects regarding schedule, scope, and risk. • Engage effectively with project sponsors and stakeholders. • Ensure proper change management processes across the project life cycle.
🎯 Requirements
• Colorado Resident. • 3+ Years of Project Management experience required. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • High level of attention to detail. • Proficiency in Power BI, Smartsheet, Dragonboat, Co-Pilot/ChatGPT, Outlook, Word and Excel. • Experience with JIRA and an Agile SDLC preferred. • PMP Certification or equivalent preferred. • Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment. • Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively. • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. • Lean Six Sigma/Process improvement certification preferred. • Knowledge of health insurance industry preferred. • Change Management expertise.
