Description

• Handle, analyse and prepare client loan applications. • Distribute documents such as 'Hello' Pack, Credit Guide, File Invite, and Online Fact Find. • Review client documents and fact-find sessions and manage data entry and credit report requests. • Initiate new loan applications after lead generation or Online Fact Find. • Share the Game Plan with customers for review and e-signature. • Upload supporting documents from the designated folder (Google Drive) and submit via Apply Online (NextGen). • Facilitate application validation and final checks in Apply Online.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of work experience in end to end processing and administration of loan with Australian Mortgage Broking. • Experience in using MyCRM, Infinity, AFG Flex, Mercury Nexus, Podium, or other AU mortgage CRM. • Experience in using Project Management Tools such as Monday.com, Asana, Notion, Trello etc). • Nice to Have: • Experience in HubSpot • Certificate IV Financing & Mortgage Brokering
