Description

• Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant data to assess the creditworthiness of businesses and individuals. • Prepare detailed credit analysis reports, including financial ratios, cash flow analysis, and risk assessments. • Develop comprehensive credit submission memos with recommendations for credit approval • Present findings and recommendations to commercial brokers and management. • Work closely with commercial brokers to provide insights and support for credit applications • Communicate effectively with clients and brokers to gather necessary information and clarify credit worthiness • Assist commercial brokers with client management, primarily via email. • Ensure timely follow-up on client inquiries and maintain organized records of client interactions. • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in credit analysis and lending. • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of credit analyses and reports. • Utilize financial modeling and data analysis tools to support credit evaluation processes.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. • Proven experience in commercial lending, credit analysis, or a similar role. • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools. • Excellent communication and decision-making skills. • Highly organized and able to assist brokers with client management. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting. • High attention to detail and accuracy. • Familiarity with the financial and business environment in Australia • Experience working in Commercial Lending for Australian based businesses • Experience with remote work tools and platforms. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
