• Your primary responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, setting appointments, and supporting the sales pipeline. • You will be the initial point of contact for potential customers, helping them understand the benefits of solar energy and scheduling consultations with our sales experts • Lead Generation: Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including, referrals, Facebook marketing, cold calling and direct outreach. • Lead Qualification: Engage with potential customers to understand their needs, answer initial inquiries, and qualify them as viable leads. • Appointment Setting: Schedule 15-20 qualified appointments per week for the sales team to conduct detailed consultations. • Daily Contact: Ensure all new leads are contacted daily during the workweek to maximize conversion rates • Pipeline Management: Utilize Pipedrive to manage and track leads, ensuring all tasks are actioned within 24 hours during the workweek. • Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service, maintaining a professional and helpful demeanor in all interactions. • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless lead-to-sale process and share insights on lead quality and trends.
• Experience in Customer Service (Voice / Phone Calls) • Experience in Appointment Setting • Experience in Sales industry (Solar/ Generator/ Electricity background is a plus)
