Description

• Set up new projects in the database • Review and interpret contracts for project accuracy. • Ensure data entry is precise and consistent. • Notify regional offices and relevant department staff of all new projects. • Create and maintain project folders, including saving contracts and related job materials. • Collaborate with PMs, and SAs to resolve coordination issues and address project concerns. • Handle special client requests, project coordination queries, and address project requirements. • Follow up on all aspects of project coordination. • Assist with portfolio setup, including data entry, folder creation, and historical ordering when necessary. • Assign a Senior Author and Project Lead for applicable projects, based on Client Team assignments using internal database

Requirements

• At least 3+ years of experience on a similar role • Proficiency in project management tools like DASH and Quire. • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
