Description
• Schedule: Monday – Friday (08:00 AM - 05:00 PM AEST) • As a Graphic Designer, you will assist the CEO and General Manager in branding and marketing efforts. • Create visually appealing content for social media platforms. • Design email marketing materials and digital assets for online advertising. • Design visual elements for Shopify websites and develop web content while considering user experience. • Create designs for new and existing products and develop product prototypes. • Design various print materials, such as packaging, catalogues, and in-store merchandising. • Oversee the printing process to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness. • Maintain a consistent brand identity across all design work. • Find solutions to design challenges while meeting deadlines. • Use design software to create final products. • Organize and maintain design files. • Stay updated on industry trends and design tools. • Use AI tools for copywriting and social media scheduling. Perform basic administrative tasks.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in graphic design or equivalent. • Proven experience in graphic design. • Strong proficiency in graphic design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva). • Excellent creative and conceptual thinking skills. • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. • Strong communication and collaboration skills. • Experience with Lightroom, MS Office, Google Apps, eCommerce and inventory systems, email marketing, social media management, analytics and reporting, Mac/Window OS, and file management. • Knowledge of design principles and typography.
