📋 Description

• Develop and produce graphics for a variety of media, including internal communications, promotional flyers, digital and traditional advertising, email marketing, social media, website graphics, internal POP signage, and more. • Ensure all designs adhere to established brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across platforms. • Partner with multiple departments and business leaders to understand design needs, gather requirements, and deliver creative solutions aligned with project specifications. • Manage the design calendar, ensuring all project timelines, deadlines, and approval milestones are met. • Design digital content such as emails, online/mobile graphics, static banner ads, and resized video assets for various platforms. • Develop print-ready files, select appropriate production materials, and ensure accurate execution for all print collateral. • Modify and optimize images, layouts, and fonts to improve quality for both print and digital formats. • Proactively recommend improvements in design concepts, processes, and tools to elevate project outcomes. • JOIN CONNECTOS NOW! 🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a related field preferred. • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar role or agency environment. • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere. Familiarity with Lightroom, Figma, or HTML/CSS is a plus. • Experience with Canva • Strong portfolio showcasing design expertise across print and digital media. • Experience with email design and development is highly desirable. • Meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to delivering consistently high-quality work. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze design needs effectively. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines. • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with teams. • Background in Retail space is a plus.
