Description

• Oversee and coordinate the implementation of new technology. • Carry out testing and documentation on any system being implemented • Liaise with software vendors, partners & independent service providers • Deliver expert technical support and training to the IT team. Empower users by guiding them through both new and existing IT systems. • Conduct regular inspections of existing systems and suggest improvement plans • Ensure team meets any regulatory requirements related to network security and data privacy. • Work closely with other development team members to understand complex product requirements • Resolve technical issues as necessary

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of practical experience as a Salesforce Engineer or in a similar role. • The candidate should demonstrate a strong enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new technologies, tools, and methodologies. • Experience with Azure supporting IaaS and PaaS software implementations. • Excellent communications skills to effectively engage with internal & external stakeholders. • High attention to detail and ability to follow through with requests for information or other tasks assigned.
