• Salary: P300 to P400 (per hour; 5 hours a day) • Schedule: Monday – Friday (work shift will be anytime between 08:30 AM - 05:30 PM EST) • Overall Purpose • Consults with Director of Marketing to understand goals and scope of the desired marketing program. • Analyzes existing website traffic and internet activity related to the firm. • Draft social media posts for podcasts, articles, e-books, etc. • Editing articles and preparing newsletters • Carries out tasks related to online marketing plans; compiles and analyzes data to measure the effectiveness of such plans. • Performs other related duties as assigned. • Content Creation • Assist in the development of engaging content for various social media platforms, including text, images, and summaries of content to be published. • Brainstorm and propose new ideas for campaigns and creative content in line with the brand's messaging. • Social Media Management • Help manage the day-to-day operations of company social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter). • Develop posts using social media management tools (e.g. Hootsuite). • Monitor social media channels for trending news, ideas, and user feedback, and report insights. • Analytics and Reporting • Track the performance of social media posts and campaigns using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Instagram Insights). • Provide regular reports on key metrics, such as follower growth, engagement, impressions, and reach. • Analyze competitors’ social media strategies and present recommendations to improve the company’s social media presence. • Research and Trend Tracking • Stay up to date with current trends in social media, including changes in algorithms, new tools, and emerging platforms. • Research target audiences and market trends to ensure content is relevant and engaging. • Collaboration with Other Departments • Work closely with the marketing manager to ensure consistency in message delivery across all marketing channels. • Assist in the coordination and promotion of marketing events, product launches, or special campaigns, via social media. • Administrative Support • Help manage the social media content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of posts. • Organize and maintain digital assets such as photos, graphics, and promotional videos. • Assist with the creation of PowerPoint presentations or documents for internal marketing team use.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience. • Proven experience in graphic designing. • Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends. • Excellent communication and writing skills. • Creativity with attention to detail. • Basic knowledge of design and video editing software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Premiere). • Basic knowledge of media management tools (e.g. Hootsuite) • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Thorough understanding of internet marketing and general marketing strategies. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent interpersonal and managerial skills. • Strong organizational skills with superior attention to detail. • Ability to conduct and correctly interpret research and web analytics. • Ability to implement marketing plans. • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines. • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. • Background in Legal Industry is preferred but not required.
