Description
• Salary: P70,000- P80,000 (Monthly Gross Package) • Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday (12:00AM to 9:00AM Manila Time) • Project Assignment: • Assign new jobs to Project Manager • Prioritize projects and manage workloads • Review contracts, client and project requirements • Confirm information using online resources or by reviewing previous reports • Review the qualifications of each Project Manager • Communication and Coordination: • Maintain positive working relationships with Project Managers • Act as a liaison between the Regional Directors and Project Managers • Constantly communicate with the sales teams • Utilization: • Become familiar with the utilization goals for each Project Manager • Partner with Project Managers and Regional Directors as needed • Additional responsibilities: • Assist and work with other Regional Staffers • Provide divisional support on projects covered in-house • Participate in monthly calls with division leaders • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor centered on exceptional customer service skills • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
