• At least 3 years of L2 Service Desk/Support Operations Engineering experience preferably in an MSP environment • Troubleshooting MS Windows Desktop and Server operating systems • MS Office 365 and Exchange Server troubleshooting and administration • An in-depth understanding of MS Active Directory and Group Policy • LAN / WAN troubleshooting • Previous experience working for a Managed Services Provider is highly regarded • At least one industry certification such as Microsoft, Citrix, Cisco or similar • A proven ability to demonstrate initiative and attention to detail • A customer centric approach displaying both empathy and integrity
