Description

• Schedule: Monday – Friday (09:00 AM-06:00 PM AEST) • What will you do?• Support initial less technical internal sales and onboarding stakeholders with customer issues. • Oversee each new release of systems, learning the new features to teach the internal sales and onboarding stakeholders the new features. • Work on release management with the internal stakeholders. • Diagnose production issues, whether by looking at our internal system, production system logs, data to understand an issue. Then relying what information, they need surfaced to help diagnose those issues faster going forward.

Requirements

• Tertiary Qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or any related field • At least 5 years of professional experience as an IT Product Manager handling mobile and web app/ SaaS products in a global company • Experience in Product Management, Release Management, Client/Stakeholder Management, etc • Excellent Communication skills both oral and in written • Nice to Have: Industry experiences working within AU and/or FinTech/Payment industry • PSPO certification is preferred
