β’ Schedule: Monday β Friday (4:00 PM to 1:00 AM PHT) β’ Outbound appointment setter via phone. β’ Use product/company knowledge to showcase/discuss the solutions that our company can offer to prospects. β’ Must be able to answer basic questions regarding the company and its services. β’ Use Microsoft Office, SharePoint and HubSpot and other software to track correspondence and progress of assigned contacts. β’ Must be able to use own common sense, judgement, and previous experience to determine how to best talk/communicate with a client. β’ Set meeting schedules between clients who booked a meeting with BDMs. β’ Collate date and generate reports for use by management. β’ Other tasks as directed.
β’ 2+ years of experience engaging with UK, US or Australian clients in a similar role. β’ Excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills is mandatory. β’ Proficient in online research using Google, LinkedIn, etc. β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office. β’ Experience in the staff leasing, BPO or offshore staffing industry β’ Experience with HubSpot or any other CRM tool.
