Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior engineering leadership role, preferably in a SaaS or fintech environment. • Strong technical background with expertise in software development, architecture, and cloud technologies. • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building and scaling high-performing engineering teams. • Experience with agile development methodologies and practices. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound technical decisions in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. • A passion for innovation and staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
