Requirements

• 5+ years in social media/content marketing, including at least 2 years in the Web3/DeFi space. • Skilled in short-form content creation with the ability to write for both Web3 retail (degens, traders) and institutional/regulated audiences. • Demonstrated expertise in using analytics and social listening tools to run experiments, drive strategy, and optimize performance. • Experience working across fast-paced environments with both technical and creative teams. • Understanding and passion for crypto-native culture and the dynamics of DeFi. • Ability to manage multiple projects, collaborate effectively under pressure, and clearly communicate the impact of content initiatives.
