Description

• Help build and mature the Enterprise Risk Management Framework. • Facilitate Enterprise Risk Identification and Assessments, Strategic Planning Risk Assessments. • Serve as an Administrator for the company’s Governance, Risk and Compliance platform. • Assist with the production of management-level and board-level committee, and regulatory exam materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate experience is Required • 8+ years of experience helping support or build an Enterprise Risk Management framework and Risk Programs at a bank or credit union is Required • 8+ years of prior people leader experience is Required • Experience within lending or credit risk working within a bank or credit union is Required • Background in working with or managing Governance, Risk, and Compliance platforms; such as, Quantivate, NContracts, or Archer is Required • Requires proficient skills to use Microsoft Suite applications, including PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
