• Manage and perform all facets of the engagement for existing clients • Engagement planning, execution, and reporting activities • Data analytics, Software licensee/client interviews, client deliverables preparation • Interact with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Execute tasks according to client engagement requirements • Research software publisher’s product use rights, license entitlements • Manage engagement KPIs including deadlines and project milestones • Develop and maintain strong client relationships • Stay current with trends and best practices in compliance auditing • Perform extensive Excel analysis as part of audit execution and client initiatives
🎯 Requirements
• 6+ years of experience in Software Asset Management • License compliance management • Software Rationalization • Contract Optimization • ISO 19770 process • Software Renewals • Stakeholder management • Software Audit (Internal and External) • Open-source/freeware Software Management • ELP reports creation • Working knowledge of desktop-based publisher (Microsoft, Adobe) • Server-based publisher licensing knowledge (Microsoft, Oracle, Redhat, VMWare, IBM) preferred • Basic scripting knowledge advantage • Tool Skill set: Snow License manager, Flexera
