📋 Description
• Lead all activities associated with software license compliance reviews • Perform extensive Excel-based analysis as part of audit execution • Interact with cross-functional teams and manage multiple reviews • Prepare and conduct peer reviews for client deliverables • Demonstrate strong understanding of client businesses and technologies • Assist in leveraging technology-based tools and methodologies • Identify opportunities for new services and process improvements • Supervise, coach, and mentor junior staff members • Develop and maintain strong strategic relationships with clients • Participate in sales initiatives related to license compliance programs • Support the development and implementation of internal operational policies • Assist the management team with engagement financials
🎯 Requirements
• Must be based in South Korea with flexibility to travel domestically and internationally • At least a Bachelor's Degree in any field • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role and/or in audit/software license compliance review • Previous experience in a compliance team at one of the Big 4 firms preferred • Software license compliance review experience preferred • Strong background in auditing techniques • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English • Native-level proficiency in Korean (both written and spoken) • Strong in-person communication skills with the ability to conduct domestic and international onsite visits • Proven experience in building strong relationships and instilling trust with clients and internal teams • Ability to adapt to different licensee conditions and cultural differences • Resilient and confident in handling objections • Strategic thinker with the ability to make prudent business decisions • Professional and personable demeanor • Flexibility to work effectively across multiple engagement teams • Self-motivated and highly independent in managing tasks and responsibilities in a remote work environment • Hardworking, detail-oriented, and capable of motivating and managing engagement teams • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills
