• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Digital Project Management, with a focus on client interaction and relationship cultivation. • Comprehensive understanding of the digital project lifecycle, showcasing proficiency from project inception to successful delivery. • Extensive knowledge of the digital landscape and adeptness with various web technologies. • Demonstrated success in orchestrating projects, collaborating seamlessly across strategy, creative, technology, and marketing teams. • Proven track record in delivering websites and applications utilising diverse content management systems. • Strong written, verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to facilitate effective client engagement and internal collaboration. • Proficiency in utilizing Project Planning Tools such as Microsoft Project and Smartsheets for meticulous timeline planning and tracking. • Familiarity with Project Management platforms like Asana, Trello, or JIRA for efficient day-to-day task management. • Ability to produce clear and comprehensive documentation, ensuring alignment and understanding among stakeholders. • Exceptional analytical, conceptualisation, and problem-solving abilities, enabling proactive resolution of project challenges. • Unwavering commitment to meticulous attention to detail, upholding a standard of quality and consistently striving for excellence. • Dedication to fostering a culture of ownership, transparency, and integrity, nurturing trust and accountability within the team. • Inquisitive, ambitious, and self-motivated, exhibiting a drive for continuous learning and innovation in pursuit of excellence. • Experience in a digital agency setting is a plus.
