📋 Description

• We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Demand Generation Manager (US) to join our dynamic marketing team. • This role will focus on driving demand and pipeline growth within enterprise retail accounts, targeting key verticals such as Fashion & Apparel, Furniture, Department Stores, and Grocery. • You will be responsible for executing paid search, paid social, email marketing, and webinar campaigns to attract and convert our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) personas. • Constructor is the only search and product discovery platform tailor-made for enterprise ecommerce where conversions matter. • Constructor's AI-first solutions make it easier for shoppers to discover products they want to buy and for ecommerce teams to deliver highly personalized experiences.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing, preferably in retail tech, eCommerce, or SaaS. • Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), marketing automation tools, CRM (Salesforce). • Proven track record in driving pipeline and revenue growth through multichannel demand generation strategies. • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, optimize campaigns, and present insights to stakeholders. • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment. • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, working cross-functionally with sales, product, and operations teams.
