• A minimum of four years of professional experience in product management, with a strong preference for advertising and retail media products • Proven ability to manage complex projects and stakeholder relationships effectively, including external stakeholders • Background in Advertising, eCommerce, Retail, SaaS, or a related field is preferred • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills • Focus on empathetic communication and continuous improvement • A track record of building advertising solutions from scratch or scaling them 10x+ • Experience in building ad networks and working closely with marketers is a strong plus • Experience in successful scaling of the new products is a strong plus
