Requirements

• Possess a solid technical background and demonstrate the ability to understand, interpret, and effectively translate complex technical concepts into actionable plans. • A minimum of four years of professional experience in project management, preferably with a focus on process management and automation • Proven success in managing complex projects and stakeholder relationships, particularly in service-oriented environments. • Experience working in technical environments, with an understanding of development processes and client-facing roles • Background in eCommerce, Retail, SaaS, or a related field is a plus • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills • Experience working across different time zones and the ability to effectively interact with clients and teams globally • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment • Commitment to continuous improvement and empathetic communication • Experience in agencies or system integrators is a plus
