Requirements
• Master’s degree in Engineering / EHS / Business / Psychology • 5+ years prior experience in consulting firms and industry • Knowledge in operational excellence/operational risk/safety/sustainability • Comfortable working in diverse remote teams • Bilingual or fluent in German and English • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
