Requirements
• Degree/master’s degree in engineering or a business-related field • Experience in management consulting with exposure to safety, operational risk management and/or operational excellence • Deep knowledge of an industry (e.g. manufacturing, chemicals, power & utilities or oil & gas) • Ability to sell complex operations consulting services at C-level with large industrial clients • Ability to manage diverse and remote teams of consultants • Excellent communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
