• Degree/master’s degree in engineering or business-related field • Experience in management consulting • Exposure to safety, operational risk management, and/or operational excellence • Deep knowledge of manufacturing, chemicals, power & utilities or oil & gas industry • Ability to sell complex operations consulting services at C-level with large industrial clients • Ability to manage diverse and remote teams of consultants • Ability to manage complex projects from end to end • Fluent in French and English, comfortable with diverse cultures • Excellent communication skills and entrepreneurial mindset
